  • 1 party size bag Oreos  (40) cookies for crust- Regular or Double stuf Oreos are perfect. Don’t remove filling.
  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

To Make No Bake Oreo Crust

  • Add 40 Oreos to a food processor and process until you have fine crumbs. Check for large pieces and crush if you find any.
  • Pour melted butter over cookie crumbs in food processor and pulse 2 or 3 times. The mixture will be like wet sand.
  • Put Oreo crumb mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Press in an even layer into the bottom of the dish.
  • Move the crust to the refrigerator while you make the filling.

  • To a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together. Beat together with a hand held or stand mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • To cream cheese mixture fold in whipped topping with a spatula until it’s well incorporated.
