  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½-1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ – 1 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Grease muffin tin or mini muffin tin.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients and cut in peanut butter with fork until crumbly.
  • Stir together egg and milk.
  • Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Bake 20 – 25 minutes


The cinnamon is optional, but I really like it with that hint of cinnamon.
