Blueberry Cobbler In The Slow Cooker (Easy Recipe)

Ingredients In Crockpot Blueberry Cobbler

  • 2 cups blueberries – fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • ½ cup melted butter

How To Make Slow Cooker Blueberry Cobbler

  • Add blueberries and sugar to medium to large bowl and mix. Set mixture aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Add milk and mix.
  • Add melted butter and mix.
  • Set mixture aside
  • Spray your crockpot with baking spray. You can use a crockpot liner.
  • Pour crust mixture in the crockpot.
  • Pour or spoon blueberry mixture over crust mixture.
  • Make sure your blueberries are evenly distributed throughout the crockpot.
  • Cover your crockpot with a paper towel and cover with lid. The paper towel absorbs excess moisture and this prevents any condensation from dripping on the cobbler.
