Cream Cheese
Room Temperature

Powdered Sugar
For best results sift

Lemon Juice
Freshly squeezed, not from the bottle.

Grated Lemon Peel
2 to 3

Milk
For thinning
Instructions
Thoroughly mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until there are not lumps.
Add the grated lemon peel and juice and mix well.
Add the milk a little at a time. The amount depends on how thick or thin you like your glaze.
Spoon or pour glaze on baked good.
Notes
You can top this glaze with coconut, strawberries, blueberries, etc. I topped it with coconut in the pictures.
