Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 ounces Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • cup Powdered Sugar For best results sift
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed, not from the bottle.
  • 1 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Milk For thinning

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until there are not lumps.
  • Add the grated lemon peel and juice and mix well.
  • Add the milk a little at a time. The amount depends on how thick or thin you like your glaze.
  • Spoon or pour glaze on baked good.

Notes

You can top this glaze with coconut, strawberries, blueberries, etc.  I topped it with coconut in the pictures.
